I:
This class is perfect for the practitioner looking for a gentle class.
Class opens with philosophy, discussion, pranayama/cleansing kriyas and
setting of intention. Once our minds are opened we will invite our
bodies to journey into the same expansion and we will find our way into our
asana flow, moving from spine and hip warming exercises, into gentle sun
salutes which will blend some additional asanas that benefit our body and
open our chakras. Class will finish with a seated meditation before
moving into deep relaxation and savasana. Appropriate for all
practitioners, especially those seeking a gentler practice.
J
rasa
II:
The perfect blend between Rasa I & III this class is perfect for the
practitioner seeking the balance between dynamic flow and stillness.
Class opens with philosophy and discussion, which often incorporates
pranayama, cleansing kriyas, & meditation. After setting our intention we
will journey into our classic rasa sun salute series and weave various yoga
asanas such as standing postures, twists, and seated postures into the
continuous flow. If time allows class will finish with meditation. Class is
taught in a multi-level format with variations being offered on most
postures.
J
rasa

This class is geared toward the practitioner looking for a more
challenging practice. Class opens with philosophy and discussion and
intention setting. Following our opening we will move into a vigorous asana
flow that incorporates cleansing kriyas, advanced twists, core work, arm
balances, and inversions. The class is taught in a multi level format where
you are invited but never required to try more challenging postures and
simpler variations are always offered.
