From 16 go to EXIT 8E (downtown Dover/ Silver street exit).  Stay on Silver Street until you reach Central Avenue and have the choice of turning right or left. TURN LEFT.  Follow Central Ave until you reach a "Y" in the road.   Mojitos will be right in front of you.  TURN RIGHT.  This is Main Street, but it is not marked anywhere.  Veer up around the mill buildings passing, Smiley's Grocer and Taste of India restaurant (both on your right).  When you see a shopping plaza with Janetos market in it on your right, Dover Yoga/Dover Pilates will be on your left. Park on the street anywhere you see 2 hour parking. Don’t park in the Janetos Parking lot – they tow! Enter from the court yard and walk to the top of the stairs. Dover Pilates is located in studio B at the top of the stairs and Dover yoga is located just down the hall on the left in Studio A.

It's easier than it sounds...If you get lost just ask anyone who looks hip downtown (someone at one of our favorite happening coffee shops, Cafe on The Corner or Dover Wine are a pretty good bet...
