we will do using moist heated washcloths

Facial Massage
Techniques to help work out unwanted lines of the face & neck and
bring a more youthful appearance to the skin ~ great for an anytime
quick lift.
Restorative yoga postures using supportive bolsters and props to allow
the body to
completely release and relax.
About the instructor
CARRIE TYLER, RYT Dover Yoga owner and studio
director has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2000. She is
the creator of Rasa Yoga (trademark pending) and is known for her playful
style of teaching, her strong knowledge of anatomy and alignment, and her
understanding of yogic philosophy. Her passion for anatomy and movement
comes from her kinesiology background and experience over the last 15 years
in modern & African dance, aerial fabric, classical figure drawing, and
studies in various forms of yoga, including: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini,
Kali Ray & Sivananda. After seeing amazing changes in her own skin using ONE
Group (organic and natural enterprise group) products she recently became an
independent representative for ONE Group and believes strongly in the ethics
of this company and quality of their certified organic products & is
impressed by their commitment to the environment. Carrie is currently in the
process of completing her 500hr PYT (professional yoga therapist)
certification through Integrative Yoga Therapy and is pursuing a degree in
Exercise Science/ Kinesiology at the University of New Hampshire. Carrie
also holds certification in Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Thai Bodywork, and
Reiki. In addition to teaching yoga classes, Carrie trains future yoga
teachers alongside Daniel Orlansky in a 200hr yoga teacher training, The
Yoga of Energy Flow. She is available for private yoga and pilates
consultations and specializes in creating programs for those with medical
concerns, injury rehabilitation, and structural issues.
