Since its inception in 2001, Dover Yoga and Dover Pilates have been committed to providing the best in yoga, Pilates and wellness in an affordable manner.  We are a welcoming community of all ages and are characterized by our mantra, “live well. laugh often. love much.” We honor the tradition of yoga, Pilates and the courage of our students in a beautiful and inspiring space located in a historic mill building found in the heart of downtown Dover.
