 Who knew aerobic exercise could be so much fun?  Learn the basics of 5 Latin dances: Merengue, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Salsa and Rumba and two short dance routines in this HOT class. CALIENTE!!! Improve your cardio-vascular system and coordination, release energy blockages in your hips, increase toning in legs and butt, and whittle down your waist all while shimmying and shaking to authentic Latin music.  In addition to a great workout you will gain an understanding of Latin rhythms and prepare yourself for a night of Latin dancing.

 

About the Instructor
Diana Post found her passion for Latin dancing nine years ago and chose Salsa as her primary Latin dance form. Since discovering Salsa dancing she has spent many nights driving to Boston for lessons, practice and social dancing. Diana has been teaching Latin aerobics for four years and is thrilled have the opportunity to teach at the Dover Pilates Studio. Her passion for the dance will be obvious to all who attend her classes and her enthusiasm is so contagious you might catch the Latin dance bug too!!
