Ahu Massage & Bodywork, formerly Massage at Dover Yoga, is located in the
Healing Arts Studio inside Dover Yoga.
At Ahu, each massage is an integration of several techniques that will make
the massage as individualized as you are. Techniques include Swedish, deep
tissue, Shiatsu, acupressure and Reiki. All this is done in a head to toe,
all over massage that will transport you to a state of relaxation, calm and
new ease of movement. It is definitely self care for the body and soul.

30 minutes $35
6o minutes: $65
90 minutes: $85
2 hours: $105
Dover Yoga Autobill members and monthly clients save $15 on all services (except 30 minute massage).
