MICHELE CROSS, certified thru Power Pilates and Boston Body Works Studio, has been practicing Pilates on all levels for 5 years. She will begin teaching this practice and sharing her passion for Pilates to others beginning 2008. Michele’s love for health and fitness is shown in her active lifestyle as being a runner and outdoor sports enthusiast. Having a background in Culinary Arts and nutrition, her knowledge of food and nutrition have played an integral part of helping others to better their health thru nutritional habits along with exercise. |
