~ *System Apparatus Series* (4 one hr classes on various Pilates Apparatus – reformers, chairs, Cadillac… limited to four people) Cost: $140 ($100 Dover Pilates members).

Special Note: in order to keep everyone on the same page and create universal understanding of correct and safe use of the apparatus, we require all System Class participants to attend 3 private sessions before starting, which can be taken at the introductory 3 for $100 rate*
