In addition to our ongoing series Dover Pilates presents workshops each term on various topics such as yoga, nutrition, lifestyle, philosophy, etc..

You can register online for workshops using Paypal, or come into the studio to register. Please make sure if you register on the web to be sure to send us an email with your phone number and address… so we can notify you of any changes or updates.
