Nadine Taylor, PMA®-CPT, Owner

Nadine is a Pilates Method Alliance certified Pilates instructor, Comprehensively certified by Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She is a licensed Buff Bones® instructor (a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health) and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Nadine fell in love with Pilates the first time she stepped on a reformer; it has made such a difference in her life, helping to relieve back pain due to scoliosis and strengthening her core in a way that she couldn’t find anywhere else. Nadine believes Pilates is a fantastic tool to help prevent or rebuild from an injury. She continues to keep educating herself with various training facilities so she can give the most relevant and best instruction for her clients.


Lee Calderone, Instructor

Lee is a certified STOTT Pilates mat instructor (2009) and STOTT reformer trained.  She received her 200 hr. RYT from Yoga on York in 2011 after experiencing for herself the improvements in flexibility and strength realized from a regular practice of yoga.  Her Pilates and yoga trainings are an ongoing commitment to build knowledge and expand her teaching approach.  This includes a training program with Sara Meeks, Yoga for a healthy spine with an emphasis in osteopenia and osteoporosis.   Lee began her Pilates and yoga practice nearly 20 years ago to regain strength and flexibility that were compromised from a misalignment in the knee joints.  Even after knee joint replacement nearly 9 years ago, Lee has continued her practice with determination and purpose.  Lee’s goal is to challenge and inspire all fitness levels with a functional workout improving core strength and overall health.  She has been teaching in various locations around the Seacoast for several years.

Lauren Carrier, Instructor

Lauren is a Certified Stott Pilates instructor.  She has studied Pilates for over 5 years and has over 15 years experience in the field of Fitness and Wellness.  She is certified in Mat Pilates, as well as equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.  She is also recently completed her TotalBarre course through Stott Pilates.  Lauren is passionate about teaching Pilates and loves working with all ages and abilities.  She believes exercise is all about finding something you enjoy that you can do for a lifetime.

Jennifer Day, Instructor

Jennifer received her comprehensive classical certificate in Pilates from Peak Pilates training under Pamela Garcia and Clare Dunphy. In addition to her classical training and many workshops, Jennifer has also trained under a Physical Therapist which has helped her work with an even wider client base from those recovering from injuries to athletes. Jennifer has also been a featured fitness model with Pilatesology, a worldwide online classical Pilates community which hosts workouts and seminars.

Jennifer has always shown interest in body movement. From the young age of 3 she began dance training in a variety of forms from jazz to ballet at Steppin’Out Dance Center in Saco, Maine.  During her teenage years she was accepted into a Regional Fine Arts Program for dancers in Southern Maine, focusing on technique and performance skills. With 9 years of formal training and 3 years of performance training she developed a deep curiosity in body movement and healthy lifestyles. She was first introduced to Pilates through her dance training. From warm-ups to classes, Pilates has always been apart of her adolescent and adult life. Inspired by the strength and passion of her instructors she pursued a classical education in Pilates, to honor the original work of Joseph Pilates. Jennifer has such passion and fun while practicing and teaching, she only wishes to introduce more people to Pilates and feed their curiosity.
