Pilates Equipment Experience
Our small group sessions are designed to give you the best of Pilates in an intimate, focused setting. With a maximum of five clients per class, you’ll receive personalized attention while moving through a full-body workout on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrels, and Mat.
Each 45-minute session blends precision, variety, and expert instruction — leaving you stronger, more balanced, and energized for whatever comes next.
Winter Group Sessions Schedule: The group schedule is posted monthly and is subject to change. Below is our current schedule. You must sign up prior to class to guarantee your spot.
Sunday: 8am, 9am
Monday: 530pm
Tuesday: 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm
Wednesday: 9am, 530pm
Thursday: 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm
Friday: 9am
Saturday: 8am, 9am
