Small Group Classes


Reformer, Tower, Barrels, Chair & More!

DP small group classes are 45 minutes in length and a maximum of 5 people. Our classes incorporate the reformer, mat, tower, chair, and barrel to help give you a full-body workout. These classes leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle what life throws at you next!

Summer Class Schedule: The group schedule is posted quarterly and is subject to change. Below is our current schedule. You must sign up prior to class to guarantee your spot.

Sunday: 8am, 9am

Monday: 8am, 530pm

Tuesday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm

Wednesday: 9am, 630pm

Thursday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 430pm, 530pm

Friday: 9am, 12pm

Saturday: 8am, 9am
